Homebrew Trying to change text files/code VIA MSBT Editor Reloaded, for Home Menu, keep getting issue.

This is an issue that has been getting a little bit frustrating.
If you don't know, the issue I'm currently having is when you edit text on a 3ds it will sometimes be on the same line of text/code for the home menu so for example;

Lets just say if I tried to edit lau_78_1 (making this up)
I'd change the text to "Changing theme..." or whatever

But then somehow the next line of text lau_79_1 (Once again making it up.)
Would be on lau_78_1

So the text would be "Changing theme...Initializing startup are you sure you want to start up application?" as an example.

I have tried to delete text earlier on the next line I thought I'd never see like "eShop is currently suspended would you like to open it?" Since eShop has become almost useless since the open source eshop clone came out, and that fixed the line of text I was having issues with but now this line of text (this new current one.) Is having issues.

i have also noticed this issue after changing home menu text. I have just learned to live with it. But fixing it would be nice
