Download SysCheck here: https://oscwii.org/library/app/SysCheckME
Run the application. Then once it has completed, save the report log to an SD card and post it here, so that I can verify that there's no issues with your configuration.
It says that the file is empty, I'm gonna try again to make the log

So here's the weird thing, I installed the app through the OSC, and after using it, the app disappeared, I reinstalled it using the link you provided and after it made the report, I clicked "Upload Report" and it said it couldn't save it, if the log actually saves correctly this time, I will inform.

Also the report is in Spanish (srry ig) because my Wii is in Spanish

You're missing most of the cIOS modules. Do follow the guide here: https://wii.hacks.guide/cios.html

In the USB Loader GX settings, set the IOS to 249 or 250 if you're booting Wii games.
