Ok so i know we are not allowed to talk about other sites that allow us to download roms or other pirated items or host them ourselves but what if a sub forum where there was a certain circumstances you had to have done to get into this sub forum? In this sub forum we could freely talk about roms and where to get them and top websites for downloading roms for systems and lots of other goodies not allowed to the public?Just NOT upload the roms ourselves onto gbatemp and have rules set in place for this sub forum as well.

Some circumstances i think that would be in place could be...

*Donate cash and be here least 6 months to access*
*Mod or admin or any member with any sort of power*
    *10000+ Posts*
*Been here for least 3 years*
    *Trusted members by the mods/admins*

Stuff like that.Would this work or would it still get the site into trouble with their hosting partners and if so then why not make the sub forum anyways and just have other goodies in there for the great active members of these forums that meet the requirements?

It'd still get the site into trouble because you're telling people where to get the ROMs, which could get get this site in legal trouble.

As p1ng said, seriously, no. We don't want to have anything to do with links, period.
