The defence AND the prosecutor gets to try to pick a jury that will lean more to their favor. You're literally proving my point. We're getting off topic onto something else entirely but yeah I think the system is flawed but it's the best one we got I suppose. Ideally I'd like for any person under trial to have their identity actually hidden. That way no bias or prejudice would affect the outcome. No sexism/racism/ageism/religious bias/etcetc. Just a focus on the case. But that's unrealistic and impossible to implement. The same would be great for job applications or anything where people need to be picked by a group really.

I don't think you could find a jury that wouldn't be biased against him, I also don't think you could find a jury that wouldn't entirely be supportive of him either. I like watching 99% of the late night shows. Colbert, Conan O Brian, Jon Stewart, Fallon all great and informative. The one i cannot stand though is Jimmy Kimmel. Massive hypocrite and just as bad as the wannabe pervert in chief, maybe worse because he is pretending to be like the other late show guys when he really isnt. Used to host probably the sleaziest show on tv for years back in the 2000s (The Man Show) that any mention of it on his youtube twitter or other social media pages he has will get you an instant ban and blacklist, rather than him explaining himself. Dont believe me, just watch this for an example. Out of most of human common sins, hypocrisy is one of the ones that pisses me off the most. I know Trump was on epsteins list, but i would not be surprised if Kimmel was a regular visitor also.

Great idea! But yeah, a little tricky to implement.. You'd have to keep the names of people out of any testimonies. Company names would be brought down to descriptions of what the company does.

Well yes, it's a two way street for trying to get as close to impartial as possible. In the first day of selection, there were over 100 people who willfully said they couldn't be jurors because they'd be biased. Or others who feared for their lives. Again, all it would take is a single juror to slip through the cracks, and there were none.
