Trophies upload to PSN: While on CFW 9

Hello all,
I was wondering if I still could upload my unlocked trophies (playing games legit, while on CFW 9.0 that is)?

No, since we can't access PSN on 9.00.
If we could, it would probably work, at least I did it on PS3 sometimes (with trophies from backed up games) - but risky for a ban.
