Homebrew Triforce, wadmanager, usb issues

I've loaded triforce, extracted the nand, put all the folders in the right place, but still having problems. When I try to run from usb hd, it can't find the files. Is there a wii setting that I need to do.

Related issue I think that is a settings issue - when I run wadmanager, and switch to get wads from usb hard drive, it can't load from either the regular, or 2.0.

I have 4.1u, uloader, usb loader gx, and all my backed up games run fine without problems from usb hd. The usb hd is formatted wsfb and fat32.

the fat32 partition has to be set to active.
