Tri-Star 64 questions (Will it work on a PAL N64, will it work with a NTSC converter, ect.)

    I've been wondring about using the Tri-Star 64 and I have afew legitimate questions about using it:

    -Will it work on a PAL N64? Or would you have to use a Cartridge Region Converter (which wouldn't be comfortable for the Tri-Star 64, obviously due to it's "add-on" like design). And I know the Tri-Star 64 itself is a Region Converter after it boots up.
    -Will a NTSC-PAL Converter make the Tri-Star 64 work on a PAL TV, or do I need a PAL Booster?
    -What does the Memory Editor do and will it work with NES & SNES games?
    -Will these games work:
    Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island
    Super Mario All-Stars + World
    -Will I somehow be able to use older systems controllers with it?
