Hey I just bought this Trendnet TEW-424UB Wireless USB dongle, it was on sale at Microcenter. Its 54mbs 802.11 b/g with WEP/WPA 64/128-bit, WMM QoS.

Is there a way I can configure it in windows to be used as a wireless access point for my DS to connect to. I have XP pro and want to plug this in my desktop to allow my ds to access my shared internet.

I tried configuring it so far with their drivers and software, the DS can recognize the SSID but cannot connect to it. Anyone have any tips / ideas. I've been browsing here and a lot of other places, just don't think I've hit the proper google find yet.

make sure its not in 'g' mode, the ds can only use 802.11b. if it can see the ssid then that is my first guess for debugging.
