and yes GUILT does return in TC2. im currently doing an operation very similar to case in the first one where 5 people were attacked by guilt and you had to complete it with under 10 minutes.

it was GREAT! awesome graphics, great gameplay, and i love the options of difficulty levels. i got stuck in the first one and eventually just gave up. i beat this one on normal (well, i did about 3 operations on easy). i couldnt put it down when i started! my only complaint is all the dialoge in between! sheesh i just wanna operate!! lol. and adel tulba totally looks like a girl. i mean he has long flowing hair, hes wearing a headband, and it looks like hes wearing mascara!

This is an addicting li'l game. the only hard part about the game is that i'm stuck on the part where you have to destroy Neo-GUILT inside of Adel. What about the AR DS Cheats for this game? Are there even any?

i like the game, but there ARE some spelling errors, like they said hemostasis when i think they ment, Homeostasis, when the body tries to regain its normal state (if your too hot you sweat, or cool yourself down. etc)

In which context is the word used because hemostasis is a real word; it means to stop bleeding.

I think it's kind of funny how everyone's like "Tulba's a guy? WTF?!"

This is a game with an anime art style. The only real way to tell the difference in these things is whether or not the character has massive or accentuated breasts.

I mean, look at Angie:

Change the clothes, and remove the chest, and you've got yourself a rather androgynous fellow.

Personally, I hated the first Trauma Center-game, but this second one rocked! I tried the first one again too, but I still don't like it. Oh well, I guess I'll wait for TC3

Btw, I played through the whole game, and the story is actually really good!
