Intro

Exstetra is a JRPG for the Playstation Vita and 3DS that was released in 2013. You play as Ryoma, who ended up in the world of Ameizia, and you are the Prism: Someone who can take the EXS from monsters and power yourself. Eventually, you find your friends and they can also have the power in one condition... you must kiss them too! Throughout the game, you must battle while kissing your party members, whether it's a man or woman, and save the world! The game comes with anime cutscenes and voiced cutscenes. The only difference between the Vita are graphical and exclusive DLC items and equipment.
Progress

In 2019, there was an effort by Inochi-PM and Drunk_Shinobi to work on the 3DS version and work on the script. Unfortunately, due to some issues with .nut files, the project was halted...

Today, our lead programmer, 1vierock, managed to be able to crack the Vita version and we are able to put english text on the textures and text!
We will primarily work with the Vita version but more than happy to make a 3ds port of the patch too later down the line.

Our lead programmer has edited the Options menu! We are now working on the font for the other menus and still chugging along with the first few events!

I still have some of the files that are able to be translated. But the programmer (and so did I) got frustrated about the menu that had a kanji template and even if you replaced it with syllables you couldn't manually change what the menu's and name tags said. The programmer worked on other projects after instead and uses AI for translations and blocked access from me receiving any files after to translate :/.

I would still love to work on this with another programmer or the previous one if he came back and figured out the issue but I do have the first dungeon fully translated.

Ooooof that's a rather crappy situation you're in rn. Hopefully you can get someone else to help out with this game or release what you got finished rn as a Proof of Concept to attract some help
