It just shows two black screens whenever it boots. I have the latest firmware, and i've tried untrimmed & force r/w, with no avail. Is anyone else having this problem?

Try safe mode with force r/w, and normal with force r/w, and turn off soft reset.
The newest version of the U-Disk Manager is 4.8a. If you're using an older version, try updating and see if that fixes it.
