Hacking Transferring retail carts save file to CIA installs - what to do?

I have two 4.X or lower games I'm selling off, Mario Kart 7 and Animal Crossing: New Leaf. I dumped the saves successfully with SaveDataFiler but now I'm at a loss of how to get these files to work with my CIA's of the games. I did some searching but couldn't figure it out. Anyone done this before because I certainly don't know what to do with these decrypted save files.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
