Gaming Transferring Pokemon .sav files to NDS game cards

Hi, so I have 3 Pokemon ROM saves on my PC:

• SoulSilver
• Black
• White

My question is, assuming I had actual, physical cards of the games, is there any possible way to transfer my saved games into the cards?

I'd really appreciate the help--I have some pokes I'd like to transfer to my current X game!

If you have a DS Phat (or Lite) there is a way to do it with a DS flashcard

^This is what I did. Use savmanager on my old DS Lite to restore the sav file to a physical copy of White 2 so I could use Poketransporter. Works great.

OK. Do you know if this is more effective or safer than the R4i Save Dongle?

Also, how important is it that the card region matches the ROM's? Cause my White ROM is in French and I'm not sure what region it's from.
