I lost my Melee save file, and im WAAAAY to lazy to re-unlock everything.

Here is what I have at my disposal:

    Modded Wii
    SD GECKO
    Gamecube Memory Card
    Modded Gamecube w/ BB adapter

    Is it possible?

I just started researching this today, actually, but I believe that you can use the SD adapter to transfer saves.

I'm not sure exactly how yet, but I think you DON'T need the Action Reply just for saves, though you do if you want to boot homebrew.

Or am I wrong about that?

I have no idea. Thanks for the input.

Say if I were able to get an image of the Action Replay disc, could I use my SD Gecko to transfer saves?

    I found this yesterday:

    http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=67178

This lets you move files from/to SD card to/from Memory Card. The backupping worked perfectly for me, the restoring not so. The save game was restored and looks perfectly on the memory card, but isn't recognized by the game(s).

There must be a way to correct the CRC then?
