Hacking Transferring from one USB drive to another

I have installed a bunch of games to a USB drive using WUP Installer. However I may change to a bigger drive soon. Can I transfer from one to the other just using the Wii U's Data Management settings? Or do I need to install them all again via WUP Installer? Thanks
