Hacking Transfering purchesed games to current SD? (CFW, emuNAND)

Ok so I bought Monster hunter 4 and SSB a little while back. I just modified my N3ds and successfully downgraded and applied CFW and setup emuNAND. I can install cia files no problem. Is there a way to transfer my REAL games to this SD card so I can backup my save and then just install a cia version of the games?

If you used Plailect's guide, your EmuNAND should have been a direct clone of your SysNAND, saves and all. Which guide did you use?

But I thought that games and backup saves were stored on the SD card? I'm using a different SD and I want to know if its possible to transfer them from another SD to this one

Oh, okay then! Just copy the folder named "Nintendo 3ds" on the root of your old SD card.

Lol I know that much, but the file is too big and I only want to transfer those 2 games. I tried to sift through the folders and transfer a few but nothing ever popped up on my 3ds...

Weren't you transferring to a larger SD card?

Nope, 16GB to 16GB. I did this so that I didn't have to format my original SD in the process to set up an emuNAND. Ive already got the new SD full of installed games and only have a few Gigs left. That's why I only wanted to transfer a game or two

If you still have the old SD, you can use that and backup your saves with JK's save manager

Ok I'll give it a try! I have everything saved on my computer so I will have to find another SD card to transfer it too. Thank you for the help =] Looks like this might be my only method atm
