Hacking Transfering Game Saves

I just bought Final Fantasy V to use on my GBM, but I had already been playing it with my 3-in-1 on my DS. Is there any way to transfer the save to the official cart so that I don't have to go through another 18 hours of grinding just to catch up? That would save me a lot of time.

Hardware I have (in case this helps)

NDS Lite
R4 DS (2GB)
EZ Flash 3-in-1
GBMicro
Final Fantasy V Advance

Since it's an SRAM save, you can most likely use EEPINATOR to do it. Otherwise, you'll need to use your 3in1 with an FCSR image of Chishm's cart_save file to do it.
