Hardware transfering Boktai save to computer

I have an old gameshark with save grab capibilities.

Is there anyway I can use it to save my boktai save?

Those programs are for backing up DS games. I need to backup a GBA gamesave. I have the older version of this.

Mine has a usb connection so I can copy save files.

EDIT: It's proper name is the Action Replay GBX

If you can get it onto your computer using an action replay then VBA should be able to import them and save as a normal save (under file -> import -> gameshark save).

Unfortunately boktai is EEPROM which linkers seem to have trouble with but for other games it works fine.
