Hacking Transfer Wii data to Wii U's vWii whitout internet?

Is there any way to transfer the data from my Nintendo Wii without Internet?

The first reason is that I have a very unstable connection and it restarts all the time

The second reason my Nintendo Wii is modified with bootMii in boot2, when I go update the firmware to download the data transfer I get the error 32007. The Firmware of the Nintendo Wii is current 4.3U

Edit: are you saying you're unable to do it that way? Once your vWii is hacked if you have a hard drive that has Wii games for the Wii you can just use it on the Wii U without changing the files or anything on it but hard drives on Wii U require more power than one cable you need a y cable that plugs into both ports or a hard drive that plugs into the wall.

Yes, my internet connection is not slow but it is too unstable. It falls every minute for a few seconds. But it is normal, since the illegitimate government owns that provider.

If I already have the vWii modified, although I have another problem all my Wii games are in ciso format and it seems that USB Loader GX does not support that format.
