Gaming Transfer .sav from flashcart to original game

I have Super Mario 64 DS on my ezflash vi flashcart and I want to transfer the .sav file to the original cartridge I just bought. Is there any (easy) way to do this today? I did search for programs but the links are broken.

I have a DS Lite and a 3DS XL

I know there are flashcart-side utilities for those kinds of things, but I personally ever had luck with them. Your best bet is to get something like an NDS Adapter Plus.
