so i am trying to migrate my saves from a R4 onto a Supercard DS One but i am having some problems. i did not convert them or anything, just stuck the R4 saves onto the memory card. i changed the file extension from .SAV to lower case .sav, not sure if that matters.

the saves for some games were recognized without problem, like Geo Wars, Phoenix Wright, JUS.

but some other games SCDS1 does not recognize the save, like Ninja Gaiden, Puzzle Quest.

how can i get all the saves to load in SCDS1? help!! =\

    ----------------
    EDIT for more info:

i am currently have triple boot (SCDS1, YSMenu, and TTDS). YSMenu recognizes all of my R4 saves. i tried loading the game through YSMenu and have it save once, then go back to SCDS1 to see if it recognizes it after that, but no luck. =\

Make sure that your .nds files and .sav files have the same name in front. Example:
    Castlevania.nds Castlevania.sav

I do, because the R4 auto-generates the save with the same name as the nds file.

If you're still having problems, convert the save: www.shunyweb.info

There is an online save converter if you would like that.

    http://www.shunyweb.info/convert.php

The R4 uses the same save type as the Supercard, it should be possible for you to just drag and drop your files over without doing any conversions.

I am still waiting for my HC chips to come in before I do the same thing as you.

okay i run them through the save converter and it works now on all 3 loaders. but i don't understand why i am having this problem while other people's SCDS1 can read their saves right away.
