Gaming Transfer Pokemon from a GBA emulator to a legit Pokemon HeartGold

I am looking to transfer looking to transfer Pokemon from my Pokemon FireRed game (1695 - Pokemon - Fire Red Version (E)) on GBA4iOS to a legit Pokemon HeartGold, I think this should work, can someone please confirm that?
1. Buy a DS, r4ids.cn card, micro sd card and a legit Pokemon FireRed game
2. Transfer the GBA Backup Tool and the .sav file from FR to the micro sd card
3. Put the sd card in the r4 card and the r4 card + the legit Pokemon FR in the DS
4. Use the GBA Backup Tool to put the .sav on the legit FR
5. Follow the usually method to transfer Pokemon from FR to HG
