Hacking Transfer physical retail cartridge save to Sky3DS flashcart

Pretty much as title says. Have n3DS XL on current FW and have retail copies of Pokemon X and Super Smash Bros. and would like to transfer the save files from the retail copies to a Sky3DS whenever I pick one up. I'd like to pick up where I left off like nothing happened on the Sky3DS. Understand I might need other tools etc etc. But does anyone know if this indeed can be done?? I searched around a lil here and there and on other sites but cant find the exact same question Im asking it seems.

If possible could someone actual put up a tutorial on how to do it and whatnot instead of someone just saying "do this, this and this"...

I made a spanish tutorial :
You need SaveManager and Iron/Tube/Etchax 2.1.
Open SaveManager, select the game you want to dump (savefile), and Press A (Backup save). then put your sky3ds file, select the same game, and press B (Restore Save) and done.

Ok so doing any of this will allow me access to eShop still but not online play right??

What would I have to do to still acess online play for pokemon x and super smash bros? The whole changing headers thing ive been reading about??

If you are on the latest firmware, you can access eShop without any issue...
As for online play, you can always play as long as the game is updated and you're using a header (preferably private to avoid getting banned)

So its safe to say i should obtain a private header for safe online play? I have to do that per game or just once?

Just once. A header can come from any game and then it can be used for every game. Some slight modifications might be needed depending on the game but you can deal with that later if necessary.
