Is this possible? How would I go about transferring my NNID and everything on my GW Emunand Old 3DS to my CFW SysNand Luma N3DS a9lh?

Your emuNAND and such will be the same, so you don't have to transfer anything.

Sure. If you have emuNAND all you need to do is place the Luma files on the SD card and boot it through your preferred *hax entry point, but in ordre to transfer your save files you'll have to use this workaround: https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutoria...v-to-eshop-3ds-3dz-with-savedatafiler.380246/

Just download and place the luma files on your SD card and run it through the hombrew launcher and you will be golden.

Sorry, wasn't clear. I'm trying to do a SYSTEM transfer, like through settings, so I can have my old 3ds and N3DS synced.

What exactly are you asking? Do you want to know how to do a system transfer? Just choose system transfer from the settings on each and follow the prompts. I would recommend choosing the move data manually option, then when it's done, copy over your Nintendo 3DS folder and anything else you need onto the microSD of the N3DS. Any non legit CIAs will need to have their tickets installed on the N3DS to show up on the home menu (use CIAngel for one by one or TIKdevil for all at once).
