Hacking Transfer game saves O3DS to N3DS

Title pretty much says it all. I have an old O3DS (It's actually still on RXtools running emunand. I think the sysnand is version 5x or 7x, enunand is 11.2). I have a lot of games on the emunand and would like to transfer the saves to my new 3ds. I'll be putting bootstrap9 and luma on the N3DS per https://3ds.guide/.

What's the best way to go about this? I want the saves for the .cia backups transferred. I don't believe a NNID transfer will move that stuff over. Is there a homebrew utility designed for this purpose?

You can do as @ProfLayton says, or system transfer. The saves will be moved. You'll just have to reinstall the tickets to get the games to show up again.
