Hacking Transfer from O3DS to New 3DS XL?

I'm buying a New 3DS XL and I am wondering how would I go about transfering A9LH to it.

hope its not 11.0 so you dont have to deal with dsiware downgrading (requires to buy a dsiware game on eshop for 5 bucks and some annoying system transfering), then follow the guide

Well I guess it is not 11.0 because Im gonna be getting the black one

all normal versions of 3ds consoles can now come with 11.0.
only bundle editions are somewhat reliable to be on a certain firmware. everything else is a game of luck

Im getting the EU one, and the stock is from 21 August so I hope Ninty didn't start updating them on that date.

Ill ask the seller to tell me the serials. They should be on the left side of the box, right?
