Yes, but you will have to do the following:
  1. Backup the save file on your emuMMC using JKSV
  2. Load Atmosphere on your sysMMC
  3. Restore the save file on your sysMMC using JKSV
You are unlikely to get banned by following these steps, but the risk is yours to take.

I have a question similar to this. I just recently used checkpoint to get the save data of my non-legit MHS2 game to sysnand then used the game cartridge of the game I official bought to play it and everything worked fine. The save from emunand is compatible with the cartridge

I'd like to transfer that save data to a completely clean V2 Switch and continue playing the game on there. Would the save data ban my clean Switch because its from a non-legit game? I have not done any editing or modding to the save file at all. All I did was use checkpoint to backup the save from emunand and restore on sysnand which I don't think counts as "modding or editing" the save right?

The only differences between a pirated and legitimate copy of a game is the ability to go online. Save data doesn't care if a game is legal or not.

arent many ps5 exclusives it's true, but there are a whole lot of ps4 games that got ps5 upgrades

and those have to be stored on one of the SSDs

I'd say there would be more PS5 exclusives...if people could actually buy PS5s.

I mean, if no-one can buy a PS5, and thus is stuck with PS4 (Pros), then companies would still see some profit from developing PS4 games with PS5 upgrades; meanwhile, if they developed a PS5 game, then everyone who can't get that console won't buy that game, especially at launch.

Nah every console starts early with low libraries

well theyre churning them out as fast as they possibly can, not like Xbox or PC are faring much better with the chip shortages

and games still take 4-6 years to develop regardless, so its not like sony can conjure up new exclusives out of thin air

Makes me wonder what they have now and are actually hiding from the public

I hope in the next 5 years they can move on to even more realistic skin renders and not just make characters look like Shiney clay molds
