Hacking Transfer bought games and saves to new 3DS

Hello Temp!

I decided to order a 3DS XL today, not the New 3DS XL but an original Smash Bros 3DS XL console new in box. It should arrive next week.

I've been using an old original black 3DS since 2011 and thus I've been collecting a few games on it, such as the ambassador games along with Digital only games like Shin Megami Tensei IV in Europe. I want to transfer these games to my newly bought 3DS XL when it arrives. However to my understanding you need to update both consoles to do this. I don't want this since my old 3DS is on 9.2 and I am currently using Ninjhax with it, as I am planning to do with my 3DS XL when it arrives.

So here my question. Is there any way to use Ninjhax on both consoles to do a content transfer? If that doesn't work I at least want to backup my saves to the 3DS XL so I can use those saves on it.

What's the best solution here guys?

    @SylverReZ find me ONE community that is free of drama and politics. even video games forums (like this one) have politics section. and for some reason gamers still take consoles/brands wars seriously. even as a kid i never took the console wars bait despite being a nintendo kid.
