i would like to know if it would be possible to modifie the jap version whit the eng version text and voice so that it could be possible to play the jap version in english ???

bc i know the eng version firmware will be over 5.05 but the jap require lower than 5.05

Does exist a PC port?

If yes, there's a remote possibility that could be done. Otherwise, for what's public knowledge at this time, the only way to decrypt a PS4 pkg is via an exploitable console, so what you are asking it would not be possible.
