Homebrew Trading in A9LH 3DS, how to revert?

Hey all,

I had a great time haxing my n3DS with the help of great people on this forum but i really don't use it anymore and I want to get a PS4 since all my friends play it and I need the money. How would I go about undoing the whole Plaitec A9LH stuff and get it back to retail mode so I can trade it into gamestop? I followed the guide to a T when i did it so i have all kinds of backups.

Your 3DS is worth more money with A9LH than without if you sell it somewhere other than GameStop. They're likely to pay you a fraction of what it's worth regardless.

If you are set on trading it in to GameStop, just restore a sysNAND backup from before you installed A9LH.

Where do you think I should sell to? you mean like craigslist? How much do they go for on craigslist. its in perfect mint condition physically also

throw it on craigslist for about 250-300 depending on what comes with it and the condition its in.

at least $200 easy

You can also use decrypt9 or a9lhupdater to remove a9lh if you don't have a backup before installing a9lh

I agree with the others, it's worth more online with A9LH than it is without at gamestop. Plus gamestop will not give you what the console is worth anyway, so IMO you should never sell your console there unless you have to.
It can easily go for $200 in mint condition with A9LH and a large SD included. Just be sure to format the console, remove everything from the SD other than the CFW and other arm9 payloads, and if you want I would call Ninty to unlink your NNID from that console in case you ever want to get a 3ds again.

I see hacked 3DSs for $250 on ebay. After paypal and processing fees you still get more than trading in.

200-250 on the Bay all day, Ive got a 20th Anniversary Pokemon N3DS thats A9LH'd, Im gonna wait a few years and see how that goes.
