Totally awesome exercise regime i discovered!

I was just sitting on my exercise bike downstairs doing some workout and i put my XBOX with the Genesis emulator on and started playing MK on it, and about two hours later i realised i was still pedalling subconciously, i usually only do half an hour.

Just got off the bike and my ass and legs are numb lol so anyone that want's a good workout plan, just stick their exercise bike in front of the TV and play some retro games!

Now to go sit on an ice pack...
