Topic not going up.

BUG! SMACK IT ADMINS!

When ever someone posts something in a topic, that topic doesn't get moved up the top of the forum (if it isn't already at the the top) like it is meant to do. Take for example my halo 3 topic i posted just a little while ago and it didn't bump right up to the topic of "Blog Articles".

This is a annoying bug because it makes topics hard to find, but it does stop the bumping of topics from 2006

Well, could a admin disable this? it is a pain because i'm trying to get people for the halo 3 match and it isn't going to work when the topic will soon be on the 2nd page
