I kinda wish they excluded the legendaries. At least Lucario made the top 15 (at #15 but still)

The reason the list is so legend-filled is that this list also served as a ballot for a new distribution - the most popular Pokemon would have a distribution, and people want Pokemon like Arceus.

It's a shame my other favorite, Floatzel, isn't there. It's kinda not surprising though.
