    Hi there,

The subject says it all :) Is there a tool out there to get info about an iso? Especially the name of the game?

    thanks a lot!

I don't know about a tool. UMDgen has some game info features, but I don't think the game name is part of the format. The ISO has a name like NPJH-50511, I think these numbers are issued by Sony.
Anyway, extract PARAM.SFO in the root of your ISO and look at it using your hex editor (set encoding to UTF-8) and you should see the name of the game there at the bottom. You can change the game name in this way, as well.

    hi there Flame,

Thanks a lot for your reply! Sincerely appreciated and I'll certainly try it out this evening :)
But... After posting this thread, I lost track of it and accidentally found an "easier" solution : I just use PPSSPP to show me the names ;-) Sometimes the solution is in front on one's eyes but yeah, you have to stumble upon it :D

    thanks again!
