Hacking Too many Cards and now confused!

We have 4 DS/DSis and 6 different Flash Carts. I haven't updated in a while and now my kids are asking for new ROMs and I got confused!!
I have an 8 Gb Kingston Micro SD HC. My available two Flash Cards are an R4 card and an R4 SDHC card. I have tons of different firmwares on my Laptop and can't get the right "combo!" Can someone tell me which system files (Wood? YSMenu? Original?) will work on either with my 8 Gb card?

If the r4 cards you have are fake then wood won't work and to use ysmenu you need the r4 original firmware

Wood should work on the original R4. For the SDHC version (which is a clone) you will have to use YSmenu, it's got updates to the data files to run new games.
