Anyone else too lazy to eat food?

Sometimes I start experiencing vision impairment because I go too long between meals.

The perceived effort of preparing food is greater than my hunger pangs.

Maybe I have like the opposite problem of obese people ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Change when you eat. Eat twice what you'd normally eat an hour after when you'd have your first meal and in a few days, you'll only eat once a day. You'll save a lot of money on dish detergent, if anything.

I usually don't eat anything in an hour. I binge eat all at once.

I don't like snack foods, so I really only eat at meal times. The problem is that I'm too lazy to cook meals.

I meant an hour later than when you would. It'd be like 'starving' yourself so your stomach contracts, then force yourself to eat double what you would eat. The mixture of 'starving hunger' will drive you to cook, but eating double of what you'd eat makes it so you won't have to worry about eating all day.

I recommend a box of spaghetti and a jar of pasta sauce.

I feel you. I could starve all day long because sometimes I'm too lazy to grab something :P

I usually keep fruit around my house on the tables so I can just grab an orange if I feel like I'm gonna keel over. It's not really a common thing for me to be too lazy to cook something, since I usually find making stuff fun, but it's more that I wind up forgetting to eat at all and not really noticing the hunger pangs.

Generally i'm also lasy but I make boiling water and once it boils i put chicken in it for about 8 minute
but all the boiling time and chicken cooking time i'm on my computer
then i also eat fruits and avocadro so i don't really lose time on cooking i loose like 5 minute cooking a day which is not bad since It's fast and healthy ^^

Getting it down is not the problem. The problem comes from chicken perhaps being one of the better ways to grow bacteria and thus really needing to cook it -- plenty of red meat can be done what is called blue (same in French, and indeed may be the source of the term) where you sear the outside to get rid of surface bacteria but the inside is a different matter. So yeah getting it in is not the problem, it coming back out at pace, one way or another,

Full meal replacement things are nice, however soylent have been shown to be cowboys in the past (not seen what goes recently but that they did not start with the science of nutrition in their earliest days sours them for me).

As for the matter at hand I have had long periods of not eating due to laziness. Not the best method of mind expansion really. Sometimes I will not eat for a few days for giggles, or to settle things and sleep patterns. It seems I got old though so have trouble focusing and I like focusing, it is nowhere near as bad as when I allow myself to become dehydrated and try to focus or do something active.
