This news comes from a Chinese forum, someone named " weiweiok55 " claimed to have unencrypted a retail Vita game. This game is Tokyo Xanadu ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tokyo_Xanadu ) .

The shared file is a VPK and more users of this forum have installed and successfully launched the game (and trophy seems works too).

Only remains whether that person actually really unencrypted the game or has had access to a development release like for Adventure Time....

What do you think about this news ?

Probably a devkit leak. There are people with access to devkits and unencrypted game code for this game because it's currently being translated to Chinese.
