I looked it over, for the price it's amazing, the downside that I can see is it's on Android 4.0 and since I don't know the company I am unsure about different versions or upgrades... There are 2 reasons that's important off the top of my head. The 8GB's built in is pretty small so having a newer version of Android that would let you use the SD card slot to add more storage internally would be nice, also newer Android would be great for some emulators, many are starting to require at least Android 5.0 now

(The frown because my favorite tablet is a Chinese Onda V989 and it's on 4.4.2 and I could put 5.0 on it but the 5.0 is beta and buggy as hell)
For the price though, just track down some older APK's of older emulators and use it as a portable retro game system. I see no reason why the machine couldn't do any 8 and 16 bit games, try out GBA and maybe on a push PS1.
Once you factor it the price and limit what your expectations are of it, you could easily have 50 dollars worth of fun with it
