When your playing offline with three or 4 players can you add computers? In Double Dash you couldn't. When your playing online can you race a GP with random people like mkds?

Don't know about the 3-4 player stuff.

But in online multiplayer, you can only do a GP with friends.
VS Mode (single race) and Battle Mode only for playing against strangers.

yes, you can add CPU player in three difficulty levels.
