Title bug

If you put the mouse over a title until the little pop-up thing comes up it says

"...Click and hold to edit title"

(P.S I can't actually edit the title but hey)

I think that's for mods, since mods are the only ones who can edit titles.

Only moderators can edit titles

Its not a bug, the admins probably put that text there
Eventhough mods should know by now how to do it
