Offline lists dupe filter does not show anything so I guess this is a new game.
I played it for a bit and it is actually not bad: it seems to be a sims meets trauma center meets harvest moon affair and at 64 mbit too how could you go wrong.

    That's one of the issues I have with ecchi stuff recently, it focuses too much on the sexual aspect, not the comedy effect.
