Why is this not a DS game? Seems like such a waste, putting it on GBA.

so true, aiming with a touchscreen is perfect for such a game type, while on the GBA it doesn't make much fun when your cross-hair is too slow (or too fast) to aim at the flying objects (chickens).

And its hard to aim witha D-Pad anyway. Has anyone tried that on metroid prime hunters?

Aiming with a touch screen in a shooter is llike holding the Zapper right at the TV when you play Duck Hunt (I did that all the time when I was a kid). It's way to hard to miss and if you can't miss you can't lose so whats the point?

Did you also slide the Power Pad under the couch or coffee table so you could sit on yer ass and run super fast?

Well I see yer icon says UK and If I recall the UK never got the Power Pad so NM.
