Isn't the title supposed to be "Numplay" (Nanpure) instead of Numpla ?_?

nope. Nanpure is short for "nanba pure-su" or "number place", which was sudoku's original English name. the rights to the "Sudoku" name in Japan are exclusively owned by Nikoli Corporation (who licensed it to Hudson for their DS Sudoku game) so it's often referred to as "nanpure".
