I'm not 100% but I think this may be a bad dump. Only tested in VBA but certain modes freeze up in the cutscenes before any game starts.
I got the screenshot from one of the modes after pressing right 3 times from the start menu (might have been 2 times) as none of the other modes would work up to in-game.

I don't have any witnessed any freezing problems on VBA, but anyway the game seems to be a beta, as when you press 'Select' on the 'Press Start' menu on title screen, a debug menu appears...
