Thats what makes this game good. The GBC version kicked ASS! On a lighter note....this games has got to set a world record for longest intro of a handheld game. I damn near fell asleep b4 I got a chance to even play lol.

Add to that the fact that the story is pretty non-existent, I can`t see the function of the extra-mega-supadupa-long intro. Anyhow, great game that I might end up buying as soon as it hits the stores. Now if we only could get Mario Superstar Soccer on the GBA...*wishful thinking*

after just beating it, it was nice. Feels alot shorter and with less 'quality' time to spend on it compared to mario golf. But dam some players were really annoying to beat, alot harder than mario golf

Would've put this in my flashcart if only Korean translation for Super Robot Wars OG2 didn't come out.
That thing was 140Mbit, not enough for both in my 256mbit EZFA.

Does anybody know how to save on Supercard? If you make a L+R & select combination the game goes into sleep mode thus I cannot get into the save menu...

Here's a good tip which I stumbled upon (I don't bother with the glossary/training).
When charging up your shot with A, press B when you hit the ball to do a lob, which makes the ball go to the back of the court. Useful when the opponent is near the nets.
Charge with B and hit A to hit a drop shot, which makes it go just over the net. Useful when the opponent is at the back of the court.

Other than that, continuously taunt and charge up even when your partner is hitting the ball, it increases your meter.

you can save by going back to the lodge and 'call it for the day' or something, just go to sleep and the game will save itsself.

btw. an easy way to get a lot of experience is the training facility. its very easy to boost your stats there.
a little trick... wait till your powershot gauge is full, make a drop, and then powershoot the ball into a corner behind the opponent. works 75% of the cases, very handy in higher levels

I was having that very same problem. So this is what I did: Instead of holding L+R then pressing select and A........Hold A and select...then hold R, then L.......sounds complicated but it worked for me lol

I'm in the same spot. Technically you can play against them again, in exhibition mode
