Gunstar Future Heroes sounds better and makes more sense.
I bet the name change is based on differnt popularitys of the origonal title between the three regions. Just a guess

Still though, Future Heroes has a better sound to it than Super Heroes. Super Heroes just seems to be easily mixed with the origonal name Gunstar Heroes I think.

I wonder what the real reason is though >.>
