This is not a re-release but the UK/AUS etc. version. They only changed the internal name and title screen.

i'm guessing they ran into clarkson-related copyright problems in the UK, and had to rename it.

This game was great when it came out! I beat the Jap one and you could get codes if u beat the hardest mode that u uploaded to the makers leaderboard webpage.
Best racing game on GBA IMO bar Mario Kart.
