I've asked this before, but isn't it weird to be able to choose Dutch as a language with a USA region rom?

    not really
if a american rom has the european languages it usually means the euro rom will be the same but their is no german in this release so i would expect a euro release to turn up with different languages

Ah wow well my impressions for this game I wrote up yesterday

    Digital eclipse....EW
-The difficulties are named after choclates...[IMG]
    -Its a platform/puzzler pretty much
    -there are oompa loompas!
    -graphics ok
    -controls pretty responsive
-musics exactly as it should be
-it tells an ok story actually feels movie'ish
    -Rolling on the gumballs reminded me of dkc ;-;
-oh lord i've been playing too much topsy turvy i tried to tilt a big gumball off a platform with R [IMG]
-14 levels oh i can breeze through this [IMG]

    Edit:
-the way you use oompa loompas works like an odyssey game

I think it is, it follows the book more faithfully and is also creepier.

I keep getting the feeling that the emos at my school will want to watch it. The original book was great but I hated, absolutely hated the sequel that came out for it (they wind up in space). Loved Gene Wilder in the original movie. Is it me or are more and more games coming out BEFORE the actual movie comes out?

I don't mean to sound rude in any way towards any language here, but what happened to the good old days when USA games came out in just English?

When I saw the words oompa loompas, I got really happy.
When I saw the word Elf, as in the game Elf, I felt sad.

When I saw the words elf I thought I saw alf and was happy, then I took a double take and saw ELF and was sad. (Eating cats would rule as a game)

Am I messed up or is this game not too bad?

It reminds me of something that should of appeared on the master system or the sega genesis at least.

I do like it though, gotta love willy wonka! [IMG]

I just finished playing the Xbox version. The songs and how long some levels can be make this game suck .... The Gba version is better. In the XBOX you are in a 3D and when you walk in certain area your stock , .... that suck !

so if someone want to play this game go buy the gba version not ps2 xbox
