Official site here. I believe this is the GBA version of an ongoing series. Momotarou is the Japanese "peach boy" fairy tale. "Momotarou Densetsu" usually means "the tale of Momotarou" but this one is a pun, meaning "Momotarou's Electric Railway". This is because "electric railway" ?? is pronounced the same as "legend" ??.

I don't have the time to try to translate the page (in fact, I shouldn't even be writing this, but you know how much I love cute Japanese games ^.^~chu). However, you can see by yourself how it looks here -- board game? Card game? Railroad building game? Not sure
