probably nothing, Nintendo just felt the need to release another version of this game.

We're not even supposed to know about these releases, they just replace the old versions in stores. As rom releases, we have to keep all of them though.

If anyone ever version updates it's almost every time due to a bug that slipped through that can lock up the game or jack up your save data. There's probably some A level low frequency death nell like bug in 1.0/1.1 so this was needed. But as the above said, we're not supposed to know these things unless they're so nasty a recall is required (which those jerks at Capcom should have done with UbiSoft screwing up SuperSF2X Revival back in 2001.)

In this version if you hit L+R+Select+Start god kills a puppy, in the old version it was a kitten. Well at least that's what I heard.
